Agreement

By downloading or using Unwind ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the App Store's usage terms.

Your content

Everything you write in Unwind — entries, moods, images you create — belongs to you. It's stored locally on your device. Since the App is offline, we have no access to it, no copy of it, and no ability to recover it if it's lost (for example, if you delete the App or lose your device). Please keep your own backups of anything important.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully and don't attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse it in ways that violate applicable law or Apple's App Store guidelines.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data stored locally on your device.

Changes

We may update the App and these terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
